A1:Yes, our JB01 Mini PC comes with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. you can use it directly.There is no need for an additional activation key.

Q2:Does mini desktop computer support dual screen?

A2:Yes,the mini computer has two HDMI ports which you can connect to dual screen by two HDMI cables.

Q3:How to enter the BIOS?

A3:Press the power button, then press ESC or Delete to enter the bios menu.

Q4:Can it be powered by a power bank?

A4:No, it’s better not to do that. The Mini PC comes with a power adapter which input voltage is 100-240V AC, 50/60Hz, output voltage and current is 12V/2.5A,

Q5:How to expand the storage and ram?

A5:The micro computer comes with a TF slot that you can add Micro SD card with up to 128GB.It's designed with 3 USB ports which you can add USB flash drives or external hard drives to expand the storage.However, the 8GB RAM DDR4 can not be upgraded because it soldered onto the motherboard.

Q6: Does this mini desktop pc support automatic power-on?

A6: Yes, you can enter BIOS to set it. please refer to the following instructions:

Step 1: Start the mini computer and press "Esc" or "Delete" to enter Bios.

Step 2: Select the menu "Boot", then select "Wake On Power(Automatic On)" and press Enter.

Step 3: Select "S0" State and press Enter, press F4 to save and exit.
