Q1.Why does the mini pc have lack of LAN sometimes?
The LAN issue is related to the usb network adapter realtek 8153, MeLE has stopped realtek 8153 fully since August.
Q2.Does the heating temperature affect the mini pc performance?
We use special ABS plastic materials for higher heat dissipation, meanwhile, we adopt a patented thermal dissipation system to prevent mini pc from overheating during working, maximum temperature of CPU is 105 degrees, when tempterature of CPU reach 90 degrees, CPU reduce frequency automatically to reduce power consumption. Here is temperature data for your reference: Working ambient temperature: 0℃-40℃ Storage ambient temperature: -10℃-80℃ Working temperature of mini PC: 0℃-70℃
Q3.Why the mini pc is constructed by plastic housing case?
As inbuilt fan make annoying noise and absorb dust, we developed fanless mini PC, we design the high thermal conductivity engineering plastic shell, which not only has a thermal conductivity of dozens of times higher than that of ordinary plastic, but more importantly, it will not burn people's hands like the surface of aluminum alloy.
